"HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012" The Year of Moderation.

People would expect to achieve their resolution for each new year. Do they? Yes, conventionally people does want to achieve their resolution in monies, assets or careers. But few to think how to become more healthier. As the cost for healthcare increases and cost of living also increasing every years, people would be in the stress mode in becoming sustainable to survive in this life in terms of 'monies'. There are solutions on this, and we can still have a good living. A simple old and still applicable traditional quotes : "Be Yourself". Believe me, you'll never regret. Try to adopt it a little day to day.

When I was a student to the lecturer from Germany in 1994 (Mr. Karl Kaperman - Food Scientist/Technologist), he told me that he owns a car that is 25 years old, and cunningly mentioned that Malaysian are more richer than Germans because a lot of BMWs and Mercedes can be seen on our roads for every kilometre. But not in Germany. He told me that the car was expensive, and what he can afford is to have an old car that transports him and family from point A to point B and return. Believe me that Germany is a well developed country and the people there already experienced what Malaysian only today experience the same.

Save your money for Insurance or Takaful for your healthcare. With today's pollution everywhere, and stressful livestyle; we might need it one day. Reduce your unnecessary expenses, go back to your actual needs. Less is better. Be moderate in every ways. You'll be happy.

TakeCare!
